7-8/12/2007 - 1° FLOATING LIFE CAPTAINS' MEETING
On December 7th and 8th, Floating Life has organised its first Captains' meeting in Como, at the Hotel Terminus. Almost all Captains of Floating Life fleet were there as well as other Captains who have been working for the Company in the past years.
The goal of this meeting was to share values and information creating the right synergy between Captains and a yacht management company in order to improve Floating Life's services and allow each party to grow in a mutual understanding.
The presentation of the nautical market analysis was followed by a focus on Floating Life new services and Floating Life's relationship with Captains. Then, the rest of the time was dedicated to an open discussion where, in a friendly atmosphere, each participant had the opportunity to suggest new ways and areas of collaboration, according to the main values of Floating Life.
This two days meeting was closed by an important event: the presentation of FloatingLifeStyle crew uniforms. Two models showed the new exclusive collection thought specifically for on board life and based on quality, comfort, and practicalness concepts.
Due to the positive feedback of this experience, the Captains' Meeting will surely take place again next year.

Floating Life International during the last 2007 Myba Charter Show in Genova introduced a unique and exciting new service for its Customers, the "Diving Experience" organised by Walter's Scuba Team.
Operating in accordance with the highest possible safety standards, Walter's Scuba Team is able plan and manage all the underwater activities that take place from a yacht. The team, comprising PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainers, will be at disposal the yacht guest, directly on board, to train all them, and at the end of a marvellous experience, to issue them with PADI certificates, wolrdwide recognized.
Floating Life is now the unique yacht management & service company that offert on the charter's world this excinting service. Walter's Scuba Team is based in Switzerland and will look after the organization and provide personal supervision of all the underwater activities. This "on board instructor" will always be under water with the guest of the yacht and will be their guide to the beauties of the submarine world, there where they are. The training service will take place directly on board of the yacht, at the agreed destination and according to the requirements and needs of the guests and owner, at any time of the year.
Walter's Scuba Team supply the best diving equipment produced by the world's leading manufacturers in the field, all tested and selected by Walter and his instructors. Walter's Scuba Team offers expert advice about which items to purchase and also provides a first-rate post-sales assistance service through a reliable and scrupulous programme of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of all the diving equipment. The PADI Master Scuba Diver, in order to follow the highest safety standard provide together with his service a portable decompression chamber. All the Scuba Team is trained to operate on it.
The services available from Walter's Scuba Team include:
-Researching and planning scuba diving routes with material describing the sites to be visited and schedules of activities to enrich your cruise
-Planning of all leisure diving activities based on yacht, exactly as a High Level Diving Center except that it's dedicated solely to the yacht guests

Floating Life, through the Floating Life Italia Srl offices, starting from today can act as a member of the Ship Agents Association to Owners of Italian Flag vessels registered with the International Commercial Registry as well as all other vessels, offering essential services such as: crew selection, signing-on and disembark; assistance to sailing vessels and to crew in ports; assistance to Captains towards local authorities or third parties; goods handling and delivery; custom and harbour assistance; crew signing-on and disembark; hotel and travel arrangements for passengers.

Floating Life has celebrated the opening of its new offices in Shanghai with a fantastic party the evening of Friday 7th April, which coincided with the Shanghai Boat Show. Barbara Tambani and Andrea Pezzini have welcome delighted more than 30 guests coming from all over the world and all together have drank to this new venture enjoying an excellent champagne and the barbecue finest food. The opening of the new offices in Shanghai will enable Floating Life to offer services to companies in the yachting industry worldwide, no matter if they are looking for Chinese shipyards for new constructions, Chinese material and equipment or are interested in representation in China.

02/06/2005 - NEW LAUNCH OF 'ALME SOL'
Today 'Alme Sol' has been launched. It is a new 31 meters Jongert built by the Jongert Shipyard and monitored by Floating Life technical directors who have collaborated with the shipyard to fit their project to the Owner styling personalisation requests. Floating Life has supervised and will supervise the construction up to the delivery expected by the end of June. For this project, Floating Life has also certified the progress of works linked to the payments on behalf of a leading Italian leasing company: Locafit.

Within the end of September 2005, Floating Life will open new offices in Shanghai. This branch office will guarantee a quick and effective way to offer its services to China and from China.
15/05/2005 - FLOATING LIFE IS BUILDING NEW YACHTS IN CHINA
Floating Life has recently signed, on behalf of an European Client, a contract for the new construction of a 45 meters Expedition Yacht, with the support of a Chinese Shipyard and an Italian Project Office. The launch is expected for June 2006. Floating Life services, for this project, will cover the technical development, which is based on the Client personalisation requests, as well as the monitoring and the high standard quality warranty of the new construction. Other new constructions projects are getting finalised and, in a few months, new constructions should be started. Floating Life offers its clients the opportunity to have a new construction planned in the West, monitored during all production cycle by its technical experts who guarantee the accordance with the European quality level and the certification in China by the major International Naval Registers.
08/05/2005 - FLOATING LIFE AT THE GENOA CHARTER MEETING – 2/7 MAY 2005
Floating Life has attended the 2005 Genoa Charter Meeting. Even though the Charter Meeting main purpose is to promote yachts in Central for charter and visit yachts proposed by other brokers, a great attention has been given to the presentation of Floating Life new construction activities in China. Floating Life managers have divided their time between the promotion of the charter fleet, especially of M/Y Sirahmy which was present at the Charter Meeting, and the presentation of the construction activities in China. A special thank you to everybody who has visited Sirahmy and has come to our stand.

Floating Life has attended the Shanghai Boat Show from the 8th to the 11th April 2005. Our stand has been besieged by many people interested in both charter market and new constructions that Floating Life is carrying on in a Chinese Shipyard. The charter is slowly gaining ground thank to several Shipyards and Marinas under construction which should, quickly, provide and welcome the first matter: the Yachts. Floating Life experts are supervising, on behalf of the client, the construction of a new 31 metres Jongert in the Dutch shipyard. The yacht will be launched in 2005. Floating Life is managing all personalisation in full obedience to the OwnerÕs requirements. In the course of this construction, Floating Life is also offering its services to a leading Italian Leasing Company while certifying, on behalf of them, the progress of work.
